Appointments
In order to maximize the benefits of your treatment, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. As a courtesy to our clientele, please remember that if your treatment is delayed due to late arrival, it will end as scheduled so that the next guest isn't delayed.

Payment
The salon accepts Cash, Gift Cards, VISA, M/C, Discover, and local pre-printed checks for services and products.

Prices on products/services are subject to change without notice.

Therapist's gratefully accept gratuities in the form of cash or check or credit card.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the popularity and demand for Lotus Skin & Body Care spa services, we  would appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Because appointments are reserved for you, we require a 24 hour cancellation to avoid being charged for your appointment. 

Appointment cancelled within 24 hour period will be charged 50% of the service/s booked. 

No-shows will be charged full price of service/s booked.

Pager/Cell Phone Policy
As a courtesy to our guests, please turn cell phones and pagers off or to vibrate, and refrain from use while in the salon.

Personal Items
Please leave valuables at home, as Lotus Skin & Body Care is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Return Policy
At Lotus Skin & Body Care, we've researched and tested all of the product lines we sell to make sure they meet our high standards. Due to health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on merchandise that has been unopened and unused. If this is the case, return the product to us within 14 days and we will issue you a store credit-good for any merchandise or spa service.

Gift Card
Gift Certificates are not refundable and must be presented at Lotus Skin & Body Care at the time service is rendered. Lost, misplaced or stolen certificates are not refundable, replaceable or valid.

Client Age Policy
Lotus Skin & Body Care is dedicated to providing excellent customer service in a "Beyond the Spa" environment. In order to achieve this, guests must be 18 years of age. Guests who are 12 and up are eligible to receive salon services, only when accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at least 25 years of age.
