Spa Concierge Position
Lotus Skin & Body Care is a busy upscale day spa in Pacifica looking for a part-time front desk concierge immediately.

We are seeking energetic, well-organized people pleasers with great customer service skills and attitude, who are responsible, creative, organized, able to multi-task, proficient in basic computer/internet applications, strong communicator and a team player.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments
• Opening/Closing register
• Greeting guests

Customer service duties:

• Ringing up sales and services
• Service coordination
• Retail sales
• Laundry and cleaning duties

Preferences:

• 1-year customer service experience
• Spa/Hotel/Retail/background a plus!
• *Fashion forward invited*
